Fast and good quality service. The process to schedule a move was quick. Chance was very responsive throughout. Michael and Hunter arrived early and had my items ready to unload before I arrived. They were gentle with the unload and adhered to instructions. Great service! I recommend.

The guys at Mid State movers were AH-MAZING!!! I was so anxious about my 8ft mirror being moved and how safe it would arrive, but little did I know, I didn’t have to be! The guys were gentle with all of my belongings and hauled all of my stuff 3 flights of stairs!! They were so efficient, and even moved my things in the rain! I am so happy I found them! Definitely will be using again and recommending to everyone I know that needs great skilled movers!! Thank youuuuu!!!

Mid-State Movers helped with an extremely large move. Although they were late, I was notified along the way of the issues they were having and given updated ETA. This did set our move behind, but the guys worked hard throughout the day and were able to move very large and heavy pieces of furniture. They accommodated every request and Chance made up for the delay and extended time for the move at the end of the night. I appreciate professionals who take ownership for mistakes and work to make the customer happy. I would use their service again and I would recommend them to others!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re mostly price-inclusive. We don’t have hidden fees, additional fees that we see many competitors having. We keep it straightforward and simple.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process begins with gathering as much pertinent information regarding a move to be able to give an adequate estimate to a client. Our staff asks specific questions to ensure we have a base guideline for the move in question. After gathering and giving an estimate, we follow up with each client, even if the client has hired outside of our company. Once the client has deposited a down payment, we are able to schedule and book a crew for that move. At all times we are connecting with a client via phone, text, email, or in person.
