Although we decided not to have our washer fixed, I appreciated the honest advice and resonable quote received by On Target. The service tech was on time, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining the problems with our washer. I highly recommend them and would use them again if needed.

Joshua was a great guy and professional at all times. He worked on my dishwasher and after diagnosis, he provide accurate information as to what part needed replacement in addition to total cost. He had to order the required part and set up an estimated return date to complete the repair. The part was delayed in shipment and he was just as frustrated as I was at this development. Once the part did arrive, he scheduled a date to return and complete the project. When I am in need of other repairs, he will be the first I contact to see if the project is within his expertise. Don't hesitate to hire Joshua.
