Really great experience, I would recommend them for sure. Great communication, knowledgeable, and cost conscious. Our irrigation system has never worked since we moved in and there were many random issues that needed to be fixed, not all of them run of the mill problems. Everything works perfectly now, and I feel like the price was more than fair. Absolutely would hire again.

We were extremely satisfied with this company. I wanted to choose all 5 of the choices above. When I reached out to them, the response was immediate. He was available to come out the same day. Justin explained all that he thought we needed after telling him our problem with the present irrigation system. He gave us an estimate without seeing all the components involved. He did A LOT of reconfiguring and the end payment was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for your irrigation needs. They also do outdoor lighting and will be looking into that at a later point. Thanks Justin and Adam for your hard work and knowledge.

Justin and team have done a fabulous job illuminating several areas of my property with outdoor lighting.
I am impressed with the quality of the lighting fixtures and the creativity of the design. He and his team have been very responsive to additional needs I’ve had - dog chewed a cord, hit a light with my lawnmower. Repairs were made quickly and at an extremely reasonable rate.
I would highly recommend this company!!!

Property Solutions did such a phenomenal job on our yard! They were able to fix our malfunctioning sprinkler system and made our house look like a showstopper with the beautiful accent lighting. They were punctual, professional, cleaned up after their work, and the price was very affordable. I would definitely recommend Property Solutions!

I needed help to get my sprinkler system set back up for Summer and to adjust some of the heads. The owner answered his cell phone on the 2nd ring and was extremely professional. The two guys that came to do the work were great!
