Everything is great! She was available fast and had a reasonable price. She sent me pictures of her work as she was done and I really appreciated that. I will definitely hire again when I need my carpetscleaned!
We had a scheduling problem but Vanessa made good on it herself and worked 5-7pm to get the job done! She is very professional and I was so pleased with the work! She cleaned the carpet in 7 rooms and a staircase, AND offered a discount for the scheduling conflict. I would confidently recommend Vanessa’s company for you cleaning needs!

Great job cleaning upstairs carpet for my move out inspection. She was very responsive and was able to cleancarpets within a day of contacting her.
I could not be more pleased with the last minute carpetcleaning service provided. Vanessa responded immediately to my Thumbtack request; I solicited the service pretty late in the evening. I like to provide accurate pricing based on the job capacity. This is done by coming out and giving free onsight quotes if possible and also touching base with the customer via phone conversation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have previously owned my own business in the beautiful state of Florida and also has had an active part in establishing Clean Sweep which is also a Thumbtack professional service with excellent reviews.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
At the time in 2008 I became a single mother of three and having a regular 9-5 was not working with my children being small and I did not want anyone else raising my children in my children because of being at work so I became an entrepreneur. By doing this I am also establishing in my children that they too can be successful as well.
