Alex waa referred to me by his father Manoliy who is the owner operator of M &M Appliance Services to complete a repair for my ice maker. Both Alex and his father had great communication from the very start. Alex arrived within the time scheduled and provided excellent service. He explained everything to me and priced me very fairly. M&M Appliance Service is a company that I would definitely recommend. We contacted them and informed them about the issue that we were experiencing with our washing machine. Received a call back immediately and Alex came out. He told me what the problem was, he left to pick up a part, came back in about 1/2 hour, installed it in 10 minutes, ran the machine and it was like music to my ears. We thought we probably would need a new machine, especially when another company informed us that the clicking noise was normal, when we knew it wasn't since the clothes wasn't really being washed properly. Thank you so much Alex, for saving us money and for coming to our rescue. I will definitely recommend your company.
