First, we listen to the customer’s concerns and ask a few key questions about the problem. Then we schedule a convenient appointment—often same-day or next-day. When we arrive, we diagnose the issue, explain the solution in plain language, and complete the repair quickly and professionally.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are EPA certified to work with residential refrigerators and legally able to service sealed systems.
