I made the mistake of hiring a local guy that claimed he could get my carpets as clean as anyone. He showed up with a shampoo machine that I could have rented from anywhere. It failed on him and he left me with huge stains and very wet carpet. I contacted Jeff with thunderbolt and he advised me to use a dehumidifier to remove the damaging water and showed up immediately when carpets were dry. Jeff came in with the most professional impressing equipment and did his thing. When he left my home, it looked like a crew had replaced the carpet and smelled even better. I cannot recommend Thunderbolt enough. Hes showed up and showed out both times I have needed him. Dont settle for less!!!

I had an excellent experience with this carpet cleaning company. As someone who foster animals and needed help addressing pet stains, and they were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, punctual, and did a great job. The price quoted was exactly what I paid; no surprises. Everything was handled honestly and efficiently, and my carpets look great. I would definitely recommend them!!!
