- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices remain low and competitive. Remember, you are receiving two counselors for one price! We also work with couples who may have difficulty paying and, should I officiate your wedding and you receive premarital counseling, there is a discount to be had!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For counseling service:. We obtain background information on our marital couples prior to beginning the work. Our premarital couples receive a background document to complete prior to our first appointment so that we can prepare for our first meeting. In addition to your sessions, our couples take part in activities as well as receive homework and assignments designed to develop the topics and key methodologies from each session. For officiant services: We meet with the couple to discuss what they envision their dream day to be. We discuss the basic ceremony and then add and modify the ceremony to ensure we meet their expectations for their special day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are ordained ministers by a standing church organization. Also, we are master level-certified counselors. We found it necessary to not only be passionate about the services we perform but to become educated in the same. We seek out new classes and techniques that will assist in providing the best services possible!
