TV Mounting
I hired Ed to mount 4 speakers and run wire to 8 speakers in my home. He said he had 25 yrs of experience but it didn’t appear as though it was true because of the damages I was left with in my home. It cost me WAY more to repair the damages than the original project. Through this experience, I painfully leanred that Ed is not licensed or insured and he actually does NOT have eployees, contrary to his profile claim. I hired Ed for a $500 project and paid well over $2K in repairs. We went to legal-binding arbitration. I proved my claim with loads of evidence. Ed has NOT paid for the damages that the abandoned me with in July 2020. I uploaded photos proving the faulty work performed by Ed. I await his payment from the arbitration.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A customer calls me explaining his/her situation. I offer to come to his/her house to give the person a free estimate. If the customer agrees to the price, I schedule with the customer what time I can come again to fix their television.
