- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I install a tv, I offer the customer a free hdmi cable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer calls me explaining his/her situation. I offer to come to his/her house to give the person a free estimate. If the customer agrees to the price, I schedule with the customer what time I can come again to fix their television.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with Drapper and Daylight. I also worked with Total Audio Visual.
