I hired Stephen to come do some repairs that I wouldn't think of doing in the Florida heat. Not only did he do everything I asked and needed, he guided me and helped me with many more things I needed done. What was supposed to have been a one day job turned into a great relationship with someone I could trust anytime I needed anything done. He even washed all my vehicles when the summer storms quit coming everyday.

Come back and tighten the lawnmower drive belt. It came undone when I first tried to use it, and I have called you at least 6 times, sent numerous texts, with no response from you. This is no way to start a business or get future work. At least respond to calls & texts. I paid you in good faith to get my mower fixed, and feel cheated since you did not fix it. I will now have to hire and pay someone else to properly put on the mower belt. At 75 years of age, I am very very disappointed and angry at being treated this way.
