Exceeded expectations. They are prompt, professional, thorough and highly knowledgeable. They managed to clean and restore carpets that I had all but given up on. The entire house looks better, smells fresher, and feels newer. I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

Josh made us feel comfortable and in control from the moment he walked into our house. He told us what he was doing and kept us informed of progress as he cleaned our carpet. His tooling was advanced technologies that allowed him to get our carpets cleaner than the day it was installed. Move in carpet cleaning. Joshua was very flexible in working with me. Just purchased the house and was moving in from out of state. He vacuumed and cleaned the carpet prior to my arrival. Great customer service and quality of work. Will definitely hire his services again!

I hired Joshua to clean my carpeted stairs that were filthy with pet stains. I've never seen the carpet so clean! Even before I moved in, there were stains, but now they are spotless and best of all... ODOR-FREE. He was very personable and made sure to cater to my needs as far as results AND cost. He didn't pressure me to buy any unnecessary add-ons and he knew what was best for the situation. I'm so glad we were able to get such a great price for such an amazing result. I will definitely hire them again for any other house restoring projects and I highly recommend them!

The main job was to clean the carpet. Josh put a great deal of work into making sure he was doing what was needed to make me happy. He more than met my expectations. His rates are by the square foot and are extremely fair. There was no con to up-sell me on a better cleaning job as everyone I have used in the past has done. He gives you a written quote before he starts, and that is what you will be charged. His equipment is professional grade and does a great job. It is not like what you find to rent at the grocery store. It inherently does a better job by removing the bulk of the water, and his system leaves no residue so your carpet gets cleaner and is softer than when done with a less expensive system. His cost is lower than other big advertised names, and he is competitively priced with the shysters but he does a much better quality job. This is the first time in my forty years of having carpets cleaned in my houses where I didn't feel cheated in some way after the work was done. I was so satisfied that I am also going to have Josh clean and seal the rock floor in my solarium and the hardwood floor in the kitchen. I have rust stains on my driveway that the Homeowners Association does not like. I spent days last year trying to remove them. I am going to have Josh come out this Spring to clean the entire driveway which he can do with his professional chemicals and cleaning system. I am so glad I found his company through Thumbtack.
