FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m not the cheapest because I’m not a handyman. I’m not the most expensive because I’m not a giant company with overhead to cover. I run lean, I do clean work, and I charge fair prices for professional results. You get what you pay for — and I make sure you get more than expected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I gather the details — what the customer needs, the timeline, and any special considerations. Then I provide a clear estimate, schedule the work, and stay in touch throughout the job. Clean work, no surprises, and we don’t leave until everything’s done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve got 4+ years of hands-on experience in the field, along with 2 years of formal electrical training. I stay current with code updates and safety practices, because when you’re working with power, cutting corners isn’t an option.
