- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is by session time, not by the square footage of your closet: • Starter Reset — 1 hour — $75 (one small space) • Soft Reset — 3 hours — $225 (your everyday closet or two small closets) • Deep Reset — 6 hours — $450 (multiple spaces / fuller day) • Refresh Reset — 1½ hours — $100 (follow-up only, 6–8 weeks after a previous reset) The session fee covers the reset work. Bins, hangers, labels, or other products are extra and only purchased with your approval. No hidden fees. A deposit is required to hold the date; details are confirmed when we book.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short virtual “soft call.” You walk me through the space on video, we talk about how you use it and what “done” would feel like. I don’t sell or give a full plan on that call—it’s just to make sure we’re a good fit. Then we book the in-home reset. I handle sorting, editing, zoning, and setup during the session. Any bins or hangers are approved with you first; I don’t send you a shopping list unless you want that. We wrap with a quick walkthrough so you know how to keep it going.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-on experience organizing real homes—my own, family, and clients—plus years in customer-facing retail and sales roles that taught me how people actually use spaces day to day. I keep learning through professional organizing resources and by refining systems that last after I leave. The training that matters most is listening to how you live and building around that.
