This company had great communication, was punctual, and very patient throughout the process. However, I was not happy with the quality of work I paid for. Maybe I booked the incorrect service, but I did not receive what I expected.

Your service was for a disinfectant wipe down of everything. This was accomplished as your apartment unit was completely empty. Your request was not for a move in cleaning. If that was what you wanted then, we definitely could have accommodated that request. Our goal is to meet and exceed the expectations of all our clients. This is why we provide photos after services are rendered before issuing invoices.
