This company had great communication, was punctual, and very patient throughout the process. However, I was not happy with the quality of work I paid for. Maybe I booked the incorrect service, but I did not receive what I expected.

Your service was for a disinfectant wipe down of everything. This was accomplished as your apartment unit was completely empty. Your request was not for a move in cleaning. If that was what you wanted then, we definitely could have accommodated that request. Our goal is to meet and exceed the expectations of all our clients.
