- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Active military, retired or veteran will receive a 20% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain in the beginning what I am going to do while there and then at the end I will discuss with the customer my findings as well as answer any questions that they might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Home Inspector through Internachi. I am certified to inspect any home. I am also certified in mold inspections, lawn irrigation systems, and infrared thermography.
