I highly recommend Mary as a personal trainer. She has been training me for a couple of months, and even though I had been consistently working out on my own for over a year, I'm already benefiting from having her guidance. I was hesitant to get started with a personal trainer due to a recent injury. However, her knowledge of rehabilitation is truly impressive. She created personalized workout plans tailored to my specific needs and limitations. She is patient and understanding, ensuring I move at my own pace and use the correct form while gradually regaining strength. With that said, she still challenges me enough to see and feel progress.
