What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a client confirms an appointment via online or call in booking, a team member must do a walk-through and examine our clients special attention areas. After the walk-through we proceed to clean, depending on the size of the home or office space within a three hour or less time frame.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extra Touch LLC has a combined experience of cleaning for over 30 years, and over 20 years of managerial work.
