Cleaned a 2 bed and 2 bath apartment, plus the oven. Ladies texted 15 minutes prior to arriving as requested and were right on time. Both ladies were extremely friendly and we discussed anything that needed special attention before they started. They worked around me doing wash and such around the house (and they were sure to be mindful that cats were in the apartment...I greatly appreciated that!). They cleaned for about 3 hours and I was able to step out to do some errands while they worked. The oven and bathrooms are now sparkling. Pricing was fair for work completed. I would hire these ladies again. Very happy to get rid of the dust and pollen that aggravates our allergies. I plan on having them back at the start of summer as I like a good seasonal cleaning.

My experience with G.I. Party Cleaning Service was positive and I would use them again. They helped clean up a 3 story townhouse after I moved out. The two ladies they sent made it look easier as they help clean the townhouse as good as new. If you are moving and PCSing, they can take on the cleaning and help the move go easier.

They actually move things around to dust and not just dust around the easy stuff A++
They actually get down low with a cloth and spray to clean the base boards and not just swipe them with a cloth on the end of a stick A++
Would I hire them again - Definitely A++ I plan to obtain their deep cleaning services quarterly and replacing my current house cleaner. Their level of clean is what I have been looking for.
I am very, very hard to please but these ladies did exceptional work! It costs a bit but SO WORTH IT! If you want the job done right the first time, hire them.

William's wife & her sister did a great job cleaning my bathroom! They were friendly, punctual, & professional. I know it sounds strange, but I appreciated that their broom & mop seemed new. The previous cleaning company I used had a dirty looking mop and I felt like they were just smearing germs from their other clients onto my floor. Will most likely use this company again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard Cleanings start about $185 for a 4 bedroom/2 bath home.
Deep Cleanings start about $215 for a 4 bedroom/2 bath home.
Move out cleanings start around $250.
The price varies from there if you have more or less bedrooms and bathrooms.
Windows and Blinds are an extra charge for any service for $50
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give them a basic quote and try to schedule an in home estimate for an exact quote. Discuss any specifics not covered under a standard or deep cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served in the Army for over 29 years and we were taught how to clean to a white glove standard. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management
