Rene is a wonderful! She is quick to respond, friendly and most importantly professional. Rene has cleaned our home one time and did a outstanding job. We have set up a reoccurring cleaning schedule. Deep clean of 3 bedroom home. This included: washing walls, scrubbing baseboards, washing kitchen cabinets, cleaning floors, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms (floors, tub, shower, walls, mirrors), ceiling fans, stove, cleaning carpet, dusting, making beds. I have 3 Boxers and my home now looks fabulous. The service is Licensed and Bonded. It was important to me to have one person returning each time. Rene' Monfort is the only person you will do business with. She is congenial and professional. Her work is thorough. If you want her to go back over something, just point it out to her. Her work is her signature which means she wants it to be to YOUR satisfaction. She will be returning on a biweekly basis!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts out @ $75 and is primarily based on the 'type' of job. A recurring cleaning will be a flat rate based on sq. ft. & needs of the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think it is important to "listen" to the needs of the client. Some clients prefer more attention to detail and others just want a quick basic cleaning. I have a checklist that ensures the client gets exactly what he/she is looking for. I try to cater to each persons specific version of what a "clean home looks like" .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a mom! That should be enough because they are always needing cleaning up. I wise co-owner of a commercial cleaning company 20 years ago during college.
