I just paid $170 to have my home deep cleaned. My husband and I just moved into a new 3800sf home, and after a week of moving, and a clean of the pre/post move dust and dirt was necessary. I requested a deep clean for this home and am have spent the last hour cleaning my home after this team left. I did request a partial refund, which was declined, and instead offered to have the same cleaners, who did a pretty terrible job “deep cleaning” to return to my home to clean more. I’ve never had this experience on Thumbtack and the owner instead said “I’m sorry we didn’t meet your expectations,” which is even more concerning, because I am curious what their own expectations/standards are. Please do not waste your money, and instead, go with the more expensive, thorough company, or do a deep clean yourself, as you’ll be doing that anyway if you choose Roomwipe.
