I first had the pleasure of meeting Kevin and Paula at church, we became fast friends. About year after we met I purchased a house and needed an outstanding contractor to help me make it a home. There was a lot of work to be done; kitchen completely remodeled, appliances installed, ceilings repaired, bathrooms repaired, attic insulated and walls finished, carpets replaced, wall paper removed, painting done, lock cylinders changed, steps repaired, steps installed, privacy fence repaired and painted, outside lights installed, barrier placed under the house, siding and Masonite repaired, GFI switches installed, outlets and switches switched out, fireplace fixed and remodeled, ceiling fans installed, and décor to be hung. No matter what was asked of them they were there for me and were able to get the job done. The Waller's are a good Christian couple who offer great quality work at a reasonable price and in the appropriate amount of time. There was a time, even before the job started, that I needed a commode repaired. Kevin stopped by on his way home from another job just to help me in my time of need. My home purchase was anything but traditional and they were there for me every step of the way with an encouraging word and a helping hand. I can't begin to tell you what a blessing Kevin and Paula have been to this single mom. Without them my house would still be a house with heart but they are helping me to make it a home where the heart is. Thank you isn't enough!

Cleaning, install two door sweeps, change out three light fixtures, caulking for weather proofing, spackling repairs to sheetrock wall. Very nice job done in every aspect. Cleaned up after themselves. Very personable.

Kevin & John removed and replaced 3 of our gable vents and also repaired/replaced damaged fascia. The finished work looks great! Both Kevin & Paula were super responsive and friendly. The work was completed in 2 days. We are very happy and will definitely keep them in mind for our next home improvement project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, there is no 'standard' job therefore there is no 'standard' price, because every project is unique. We always provide current and future customers with free estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond to the work order request, schedule a time to have Kevin, my husband, meet with the client and then provide them with a detailed estimate of the labor/details. We schedule a time to begin the project, collect a percentage to begin certain projects and sign a contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA certified, maintenance certification, property management, and section 8 Housing as well.
