Decided to go with Waller Home Solutions based on their excellent reviews and reasonable prices. They came out and gave me a quote on everything I needed done the same day I contacted them. They were very informative on the things needing repairs. The work hasn't been done yet but I look forward to working with them and hope to give them a great review for work completed!

They ave us an estimate quickly, scheduled us within two days and completed repairs faster than they quoted us and the repairs were beautifully done for the price. I was able to stay in constant contact with them to ask any and all questions and have my concerns addressed. Kevin was also great talking is through what all needed to be done and how we were going to address the problems. Great experience! We will use their services for all future projects

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, there is no 'standard' job therefore there is no 'standard' price, because every project is unique. We always provide current and future customers with free estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond to the work order request, schedule a time to have Kevin, my husband, meet with the client and then provide them with a detailed estimate of the labor/details. We schedule a time to begin the project, collect a percentage to begin certain projects and sign a contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA certified, maintenance certification, property management, and section 8 Housing as well.
