Alcon Hello As a soldier transitioning out of the military after 20 years of service Victoria helped me by making my transition appear seamless with her tireless effort and attention to detail, I went from being somewhat fearful and apprehensive to extremely confident to what I was about to embark on by re-entering civilian society. Secondly to make the process smoother, Victoria made herself available and accessible to answer questions, and she always responded to emails and phone calls promptly. There is not absolutely one thing that I could say that could have been better about my experience with Victoria she is truly professional and dedicated, so much that I recommended her services to soldiers in my unit, and other units as well. In addition she also assisted me in information a battle buddy's (co worker's) overseas in extremely remote locations, who other wise would not not be able to start there transition process without the proper information provided. She was/is important to thousands soldiers during her tenure. She the ultimate professional.

Finding out what customers want to accomplish then tailoring the processes to reach those goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continually read materials to empower myself and others. Currently working on training and development certificate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I don't know if I had decided to get into this line of work. This is one of the AH HA's I discovered I am really good at this. The reason I continue to do this is when people who has lost all hope meet me and I help then tap into their limitless potential & opportunities. Their facial expression says it all when I say something that breaks the glass ceiling. PRICELESS....Let's do this!
