- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want my clients get what they pay for. I set my prices so that the customer receives what they desire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all I try and get an idea of what is end product the customer has in mind through a series of questions. Once I feel I know this information, then I endeavor to make the customer feel comfortable before we start work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years ago I took an introductory photography course and since then I am always reading, viewing videoes, and taking pictures to keep my skills sharp.
