Our company communicates via email and also the window glass was ordered on a Thursday and we are scheduled to pick up today on Monday, please check your emails, before leaving negative reviews that will deceive future clients.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?No, there is no 'standard' job therefore there is no 'standard' price, because every project is unique. We always provide current and future customers with free estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I respond to the work order request, schedule a time to have Kevin, my husband, meet with the client and then provide them with a detailed estimate of the labor/details. We schedule a time to begin the project, collect a percentage to begin certain projects and sign a contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?OSHA certified, maintenance certification, property management, and section 8 Housing as well.
