Jeff did a fantastic job installing our new washer. Was not the easiest job because our old washer had outdated connections that were rusted but Jeff had no issues and walked us through every step! Would highly recommend Jeff for any job you need done, we certainly will be using him in the future!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Appliance minimum diagnostic/estimate fee is $75.00 this fee will be waived upon hire. If you decide not to hire or to replace your appliance instead of repairing this fee is due upon visit completion.
Residential services minimum fee is $75.00 this fee is waived upon hire and an estimate for the project cost will be provided upon request. All estimates will include labor and materials (unless materials are provided by the customer.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to keep the majority of our communication within Thumbtack messaging to have a central location for communication. That said, feel free to call or text should that be more convenient for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple years of experience in home improvement and repair processes. Including property turn-over operations in apartment complexes, appliance repair, minor plumbing, and electrical repairs, carpentry, minor drywall repairs, entry and interior door replacement and repair, and much more.
