Tyler came out and fixed my sprinkler system. I needed several sprinkler heads shut off, and a few moved due to having a shed and pool put in. He even made sure the grass was not damaged to much where he had to dig to move the sprinklers.

They quoted me a higher price than the other bidders. I gave all bidders the opportunity to submit their 'best' price. SAT gave me the best bid and I accepted as they really were the ones that I wanted to do business. Later on, Tyler reneged on his word and said basically they thought it was best if found someone else. I was left will NO landscaper!

I did in fact state that I felt it was best you go with another landscaper, do to multiple factors. However, I did offer to come out and maintain your lawn at more than 50% off of the already lower price until you could find another provider, do to the inconvenience that I had put you in.
