You made us sit around for 2 weeks waiting to have the work done, we agreed on a date, and then you never showed up. Your excuse is that you "were waiting to hear from me"?! This was the whole point of the CONFIRMATION email! You had business to call me and get a payment. I suggest that you focus on running wire and hire a secretary to do the customer service, because this whole experience was awful.
Now the wiring that was done has been stolen because the house sat vacant waiting on you. Not to mention the key is missing from the lockbox, and you were the last one to have it. So now we had to pay locksmith to re-key the entire house, and the electric work STILL is not done.
