FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in being upfront about pricing so you know what to expect. Our standard diagnostic fee is $99, which covers having one of our technicians evaluate your system, identify the problem, and go over your options with you. If you choose to move forward with the recommended repair or service, we’ll waive the diagnostic fee. For residential repairs, we use upfront, flat-rate pricing, so you’ll know the cost before any work begins. No surprises. Just honest recommendations and clear pricing so you can make the best decision for your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. Tell us what’s going on, what you’ve noticed, and any concerns you have. Our technician will evaluate your system, diagnose the problem, and explain what they find in a way that makes sense. We’ll go over your options and upfront pricing before any repair work begins. No guessing and no pressure. Just honest recommendations so you can decide what’s best for your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner, Blake, is a licensed HVAC contractor with over 15 years of hands-on experience, and Honey Heating & Air is fully insured. HVAC isn’t just something Blake manages from an office. He’s spent years in the field diagnosing problems, making repairs, and installing residential and light commercial systems. We also stay current with changing equipment, refrigerants, and industry standards so our customers can feel confident they’re getting knowledgeable, professional service. When you hire Honey, you’re hiring an experienced local HVAC company that stands behind its work.
