- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing systems varies. One reason is because I do both photography and videography and each client may require something slightly different. Another reason is because some clients may not have a big enough budget to get the product they would like so in those instances I prefer to be flexible with pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client my goal is to fully understand that clients needs. I also let them know fully what kind of product I can deliver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography was always intriguing to me but it wasn't until I bought a camera and started as a hobby that I realized how passionate I was about it. I didn't go to a formal school and its still something I consider but I have a membership with a couple online training sites and I am always studying and refining my skills to become as skilled as I can be to take on any project.
