Natavia did a great job with the ENTIRE apartment! All the countertops were spotless, the carpet clean, and the mirrors/bathroom was pristine. Very happy with the work she has done and look forward to having her continue to clean my apartment! Natavia is super sweet and accommodating as well!

I sent a message on Thursday to Terrific and Tidy. She responded that evening and she was able to come on Monday (today). I was delighted with such a quick response (since I had company arriving onTuesday)She arrived promptly at 10:00. And she went right to work. She cleaned the master bath, family room, living room, dining room, powder room and two more bathrooms on second floor and one in basement. She worked alone and was finished in 4 hours. I felt that the price was a great value. I will call her again.
