- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on how much space your items take in the truck., I have a $125 minimum, and larger loads range up depending on volume. No hidden Fees- You'll always get a firm quote upfront once I see a photo(s).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make hte process simple. First, you send a photo of what you need removed. I give you a firm quote and set a time that works for you. I show up on time, load everything quickly, and clean the area before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have HANDS ON experience from decades of doing junk removal, hauling, and heavy lifting-work. I'm trained in safe loading, proper disposal, and protecting your home during the job. Every job has taught me how to work faster, cleaner, and more efficiently for my customers.
