Had 3 locks rekeyed after moving into new home, Zach was on time (early), very professional, quick and charged exactly what was estimated. After checking with few other services outside of thumbtack, only 1 responded to an estimate request and Zach responded every single time to my emails.

I discovered on Sunday that one of my door locks was not working. I got on a Thumbtack on Monday to request a quote. Zach responded to my request quickly. We arranged the appointment. He was able to come after hours to replace the lock. HIs price was reasonable. He explained what was needed and also took the time to offer suggestions for my other doors. I really appreciate his attention to detail and friendliness. I will use Zach again when I am ready to change the locks on my other doors. Thanks Zach!

Zach of A-Town Safe & Lock demonstrated the utmost professionalism and punctuality. He gave me the best deal in town for my BMW (trust me, I checked with over a dozen companies). The Atlanta locksmith market is full of shady people who all tried to over charge me 300% than what I paid with Zach. During the service Zach even explain in detail exactly the methods he was using and I felt like a valued, informed customer. Call him first!

Getting in contact with customer, and making sure the customer and I are on the same page with pricing and the amount of work needed. Making sure all the customers questions and concerns are answered before scheduling the appointment.
