Taylor called me just now and yelled at me very aggressively for 3.5 minutes despite my begging him several times to talk calmly in a business capacity sine this is a business transaction. He talked over me the entire time when I begged him to just call me back when he felt calm. He also then hung up on me when I asked him to speak calmly as this is a business interaction. Now that I'm through unpacking, I also noticed many of my items were broken and I had to throw out items of intrinsic value as well that I paid to be packed professionally. I definitely feel cheated out of my money and way overcharged for a service provided while the movers smoke marijuana in my apartment before beginning the job. He strongly debated the smoking as if I were incapable of identifying a strong smell from my own apartment that had never been there in the 1.5 years of my residence in that apartment unit. Customers are entitled to an opinion they paid over $500 for. I'm all for promoting local businesses but this is a big sad for me. I was willing to discuss with the movers and come to an amenable resolution, but now I feel helpless as a customer and regret hiring these services. Very unfortunate. Wish things could have been professional.
