After purchasing our home, we have been disappointed by the work quality and punctuality of a few contractors that we have hired. Premium Audio and Video, LLC did not disappoint us. Mr. Michelo offered us several surround systems options to utilize in our theater room. He also pointed out other issues within our theater room and offered options to address those issues, rather than work around them. He ensured us that he would not be completed with the job until we were 100% satisfied, and he did just that. We were pleased with the surround system that was installed by Premium Audio and Video, LLC. The system included an app that gives you the option to control everything within the theater room using your cell phone or other smart devices. The services that Premium Audio and Video, LLC provided was well beyond what we expected, and their price was reasonable. More importantly the surround system sounds amazing. The timeline established took a little longer than discussed because we needed additional materials based on the issues that were brought to our attention. However, we were very satisfied with the time that it took to complete the job. Communication was also excellent. We never felt as though we were not informed of the status of our project. We are very happy that we selected Premium Audio and Video, LLC to install the video and audio systems in our theater room. They also installed other electrical components that was not related to the theater room. I would surely recommend this company to others.

Premium Audio and Video were very professional. They responded immediately and provided a timely estimate. They were punctual and installed 2 programmable thermostats and mounted our television. I had a issue installing my google nest doorbell and contacted him the night before, the very next day he came to assistant me. He took a look at the issue and gave me a good quote and in under 30 minutes the issue was resolved. The best part was that he stayed to make sure my doorbell was working properly and that I understand how it works. Would completely recommend.

We just moved to Georgia and had no idea who to use. I put our project out there and this company responded quickly and even brought the tv mounts. We had 2 TVs mounted and wanted no wires showing l. The job was not only done correctly and quickly but right. The TVs look perfect and cannot see any wires. The one above the fireplace through some curveballs but installer didn’t back down got it done and we will be using this company again in the future. Installer even showed us with a tape measure that they were center and brought in a level just to show us that to beyond what we expected and a great value for the job.

We try to be competitive. However, it is not always easy in this industry. You have a lot of scammers out there who do not care about our industry and are out there looking to make a buck. Quality is not their primary concern. With that being said, we will offer you the best price possible while maintaining our high standard of work.

First step is to meet with the client to learn of their needs. Then we submit a proposal that we believe will match the customer's needs. After that, we work our magic.
