- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be competitive. However, it is not always easy in this industry. You have a lot of scammers out there who do not care about our industry and are out there looking to make a buck. Quality is not their primary concern. With that being said, we will offer you the best price possible while maintaining our high standard of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to meet with the client to learn of their needs. Then we submit a proposal that we believe will match the customer's needs. After that, we work our magic.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I take a lot of CEDIA classes and manufacturer's training.
