What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$125 at home consultation fee (will be applied to final bill) .. i also required a 40% deposit to order job materials. the balance of 60% can be paid once job is complete.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st visit is usually is to measure glass or see work. a 40% deposit is required to start work (usually 25-30mins per window) glass typically has a 5-7 business days turn-around time. once glass is made, I schedule installation. once job is completed 60% balance is to be paid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10-11 years on job experience, also I have worked with contractors for 4/5years
