I really wanted to write a bad review, and I mean TERRIBLE, so that no one would call them, and they would have plenty of time for my projects--ha-ha. But I can't. The worst I can say is the job took 7 days instead of 3, and it cost more than twice as much as they originally quoted, but that wasn't their fault, and I didn't mind paying them more. They quoted me a price without seeing the job site, or the kit they were to assemble and install. All they had was a link to an Amazon page that may have overstated how simple the instructions were and now easy to assemble. We hit a few snags here and there, but they but they always worked it out. They're great! Very professional and knowledgeable. They're also friendly, patient and helpful. I often have a picture in my mind of what I want, but my limited knowledge prevents me from communicating it well, and often I am wholly ignorant of coming up with answers when they ask me specific questions. Many contractors get frustrated by that, but not T_T. Guys are rock solid, and they're going to spend a week or 3 here.
