Paul arrived as scheduled and determined the problem, drove 15 miles to the nearest big box store to find the correct parts to repair the sliding door. He also repaired shelves in a china closet that had fallen due to overloading. His attitude, his focus on repairing the problems showed his high level of experience as well as his common sense and good judgement were reflected in his work ethic. He will be doing additional repair/ replace work for us. He was a pleasure to work with.
