I needed someone to look at my dryer that was not getting hot anymore. After reading the reviews on Thumbtack I sent Mr. Lawrence a message. He called me within 5 minutes and was at my house within 20 minutes. He was professional, congenial, and informative. He took the time to explain the services he offered, diagnosed the problem, and immediately went to work. Mr. Lawrence also took the time to show my son what he was doing and gave him advice about starting his own business. This young man was a pleasure to work with.
