Introduction: I offer custom pricing. I base my price on the job, not on a standard flat rate. If your system only needs a $20 part, why should you have to pay an $80 diagnostic fee or flat labor fee? With me, you won't, plus you will get a 1 year warranty on all repairs (excluding virus infection). If your system breaks with the same problem within a year, I will fix it for free! Where else will you find this type of service? I will treat you like a customer, not like a number. Your satisfaction is my number one concern. The thing I like most about my job is being able to help customers while saving them money, time and frustration.

I have not only asked to fix my PC on different occassions and His response was always prompt and on time. He knows what He is doing when it comes to computers and His fees are not off the roof. I would and have sent him to some of my freinds and they were pleased with the results as well. Give Him a call, you will not regret it, the man is great. Mrs. Elaine Perry

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Back 2 Life Computer Repair Service was started in 2009 by Ken Banks after hearing numerous friends complain about how much certain computer repair stores charged for their services. Outrageous labor fees and extremely high flat rate fees caused many friends to just trash their old computer and buy a new one. My primary focus is on Customer Service and Quality Work. I repair computers because I love what I do, not because I am trying to get rich! I have over 24 years of electronics repair experience and guarantee all of my work. As a retired Army Soldier, I know how tight money can get. My goal is to provide quality service at a price everyone could afford. I began providing services for family and friends and as word got out, business began to pick up. Back 2 Life Computer Repair Service will bring your computer back to life and save you time, money and frustration.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

My most common jobs are virus removals and operating system crashes. I do get a large amount of laptop screens that are cracked as well as damaged laptop keyboards.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be careful of up front labor fees. You could find yourself overpaying for simple services. Talk to the service provider and explain the issue you are having. This will give you a feel of the provider as to if you are being treated like a customer or just another number.
