- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will never overcharge you for the work I do. I do most of the work myself so there's very little overhead cost. A small budget is no problem. I can work with you on coming up with a way to accomplish the work you want done while staying within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential customer calls I go out personally to look at the scope of work they want completed. I then prepare an estimate for the customer. Once they approve the estimate we set up a start date for the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated high school and went on to attend college but most importantly I have over 30 years of experience.
