FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices aren’t the cheapest because our quality is the best. Cheap isn’t always good when it comes to maintaining your biggest investment (your home).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, we like to schedule a time to be able to meet and discuss details about what exactly you are looking for or what needs repaired. Then we go about giving an estimate and preparing a plan for the work to be performed and walk you through the process of of what needs to be done. If everything looks good to you, we can then schedule a time to do the work.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently did a small bathroom renovation that is probably my favorite project to date. It took about 3 days because of the tiles having to set and then the grout having to set but everything else went very smoothly. We put in a new vanity, toilet, shelving, floor, paneling and tile on the wall, crown molding, and all new fixtures. The pictures are in the “projects” section of the page.
