- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a discount for Recurring clients: (Weekly 15%, Bi-weekly 10%, Monthly 5%)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With our new customers we schedule our first appointment for the type of services they need. Once the customer receives service they are then able to setup recurring appointments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our Cleaners have had previous training in Housekeeping from different cleaning fields (Home cleaning, Hotel cleaning, office cleaning, etc.).
