She did an excellent job cleaning my house. She was professional and thorough. She was on time and didn’t dilly dally when it came time to get started. Overall it was a great experience and I’ve hired her for future cleanings.

Africa is a professional business woman, and a thorough cleaner. After giving her a list of my cleaning requests, she executed cleaning and sanitizing all of the areas we discussed. She also used the cleaning products that I preferred. I left her in my house unattended with no issues. She's also quick, after learning the house for the first couple cleans, she's in and out with no bs.

This is the second time I have used Triple M for a deep move in/move out clean. They cleaned my fridge, oven, windows, and the rest of the house. They always do an amazing job and are easy to get in touch with. Quick replies and very friendly. My house looks great and I will now be using their cleaning service monthly. Thank you for being so easy to work with!

AFRICA WAS AMAZING. I LIVE IN PHILADELPHIA, AND MY BIG KIDS LIVE IN AUGUSTA. AFRICA HELPED RELIEVE THE STRESS OF MY VISIT. SHE REPONDED WITHIN AN HOUR OF OUR REQUEST, WAS PROMPT, AND DEEP CLEANED THEIR HOME WITH ONE DAY NOTICE. MY SON SAID, "MOM, SHE WAS SO SWEET, KIND, AND DID A REALLY GOOD JOB!".THANKS TO AFRICA, I WILL BE ARRIVING IN AUGUSTA TODAY WITH MY OTHER KIDS TO A CLEAN HOME.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge by the hour. I have set prices but my prices are always negotiable. Please give 24 hours cancellation notice. So that I can accept another job if need be. If I give a quote on the phone or through the app it is free. if I have to come to the property to give a quote its $20 up front.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get to the customer house I take a walk through with the customer room by room as they explain to me exactly what they want done. That way there will not be any miss understandings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience with house keeping. My mother use to have a cleaning business and I use to work with her and after she retired she past the business on to me. I am new in the business when it comes to house sitting but I'm constantly learning and improving.
