I am sorry the rating only goes to 5 for excellence as I would have to rate Clifford Bank a 10. He was fair, reasonable and very diligent in going the extra effort to make everything perfect. He turned my shop into what looks like an apartment. I only wish I had another BIG project. You will not be disappointed in Clifford Banks, who is someone who still reflects SERVICE and CARE in his work!
