He did some troubleshooting and gave me a diagnosis within a few minutes. Despite having to travel to get the necessary part; the diagnosis, part removal/replacement took no more than 30 mins. I appreciate him going and getting the part instead of telling me he has to come back in a few days because he would have to order it online! My condenser fan would not spin/work and my house was anywhere between 85°F and 92°F over the last 2 days so big deal in my book! Thank you!!
