Although I am new to this platform I have more than 6 years of experience in the computer field. I graduated with a BS and Master's degree in CyberSecurity. Currently, full-time Active duty with the US Army and Helping with a solution to fix their computer problem. Whether you need me for computer help or tutoring, many of my clients live far away from me yet I help them whenever they need it. I am especially good with seniors and beginners. if you are looking for tutoring I am glad to help. Although my rate is for 1 hour, it's not uncommon to go over that and I do not charge extra if we do. After our tutoring session, I'll stay in contact via email in case any questions come up. For computer repair there are two important things to know about the way I work and how I charge: 1. Always flat rate (No hourly) no matter how long it takes. 2. If your problem is not fixed for any reason there is no charge. 3. I diagnostic your computer for free to determine the problem. For me to help you there is just one requirement: 1. If the computer not turning on you must be able to travel to me or I will travel within 25 miles. 2. If the computer turns on and has an internet connection I can help you via remotely.
