Highly Recommend!!! ESA professionals responded within minutes of my request for clarification, guidance and assistance. The following day I received a timely follow-up call with supporting information and options. The prompt responses and expertise made a very stressful experience rapidly transition to assistance in providing: clarity, direction and cost savings. The most pertinent guidance was that legal representation was not necessary. This was due to the fact this case would be represented by the auto insurance attorneys.
