Walter responded to our request on Thumbtack within 20mins. We were able to set up a same day appointment to repair our washing machine. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had to leave to pick up the parts as well as handle another scheduled appointment. He came back, the same day, to make the repair as promised. Would definitely hire him again.

I got a call back fast. Set up an appointment fast and I was back to washing clothes the next day. Not only was the problem fixed but I was also informed how to fix this problem if it occurs again in the future. Just a basic maintenance issue. I will definitely hire AAA again.

Our experience with AAA was great. He determined that it made more sense for us to purchase a new dishwasher with a warranty rather than hiring him. Repair would be about the same cost as getting a new washer. He left the washer in good shape for quick removal for the install of our new one.
