My boyfriend and I was very please with the services we received. We had a 6 bedroom house and a set of stairs. Derek did a great job with cleaning our carpets. It took a few hours to do but well worth the time. He was a very friendly man as well. I would definitely use this company again, and refer this company to others.

I was moving out and needed my carpets cleaned. The main objective of the hire was to get my deposit back and that goal was indeed reached wit Spot Check Cleaning & Services. Derek did an absolutely wonderful job on the carpets, the oven (which had a large oil stain) and the refrigerator. I definitely have this cleaning service on my radar for the next time.

Mr. Thompson was found to be very courteous and professional. Job very well done! I highly recommend to anyone looking to have carpets that look old and worn out, to give this gentleman a call. My carpets look new again.

We had received a correspondence from Derek on a Friday, but didn't get back to him until Saturday at 2:30. We wanted him to come at 6:00 and he was able to agree at that last minute notice. He was running behind and sent a message at 5:30 to say he would be there at 6:30. He rung our doorbell at exactly 6:31pm. That was excellent. Once he was in our home, he vaccumed first which is rare for carpet-cleaning. He was friendly, cordial and knowledgeable. It took only an hour and a half or so. Our carpet is 11 years old, but it hasn't looked this good in years. And for the price he was better than the "big companies" with better pricing. I am going to recommend him to friends and family. And I can say that we absolutely have our "guy" for the foreseeable future.
