We had received a correspondence from Derek on a Friday, but didn't get back to him until Saturday at 2:30. We wanted him to come at 6:00 and he was able to agree at that last minute notice. He was running behind and sent a message at 5:30 to say he would be there at 6:30. He rung our doorbell at exactly 6:31pm. That was excellent. Once he was in our home, he vaccumed first which is rare for carpet-cleaning. He was friendly, cordial and knowledgeable. It took only an hour and a half or so. Our carpet is 11 years old, but it hasn't looked this good in years. And for the price he was better than the "big companies" with better pricing. I am going to recommend him to friends and family. And I can say that we absolutely have our "guy" for the foreseeable future.

My boyfriend and I was very please with the services we received. We had a 6 bedroom house and a set of stairs. Derek did a great job with cleaning our carpets. It took a few hours to do but well worth the time. He was a very friendly man as well. I would definitely use this company again, and refer this company to others.

Derek did a great job on my carpet and upholstery. I was a bit concerned when I first booked the appointment due to the condition my sofa and love seat were in from being in storage for over two years however Derek assured me that the stains would be removed and the upholstery would come clean and it did just that!!! I would highly recommended his services.

Derek was extremely professional and helpful. He has cleaned our carpets in the upstairs and the pressure washing of the outside. He will continue to work with us in other projects in the future. We highly recommend Spot Check to anyone.

Professionalism is always a plus in my book, and I may say that Mr. Derek Thompson had all the qualities of professionalism. We needed our carpet done before the Holidays just a few rooms due to our 3 wonderful dogs, I will say the chemicals smelled wonderful and the carpets look fantastic. I would recommend Spot Check Cleaning & Services to all who need this job done. I will be using his services every time it is time for our house to be done.
