Air Touch HVAC had a difficult project with our house. Initially we called about cleaning out the air ducts but soon discovered the the duct work on our newly bought home was never completed. Air Touch was able to create a workaround until we can get the duct work completed. They did an excellent job.

I appreciate them coming out and following through on cleaning out my vent from the outside. It ended up being more challenging than they thought, but they took care it..and in the rain!

I needed to have an off-center duct moved in order to vent our microwave to the outside. Code would not permit us to use flex duct or semi-rigid duct. Their team came out on time, evaluated several options, and then made the necessary modifications. They also stayed true to their quote. Honest folks without the "upcharging". I have included the before and after pictures.

It is important for us to not only get an idea of the issues a customer is having, but also how their system is set up. We may ask simple questions, such as the age and model of your system. We will contact new customers by phone to get a better feel of the job in order to give an accurate price estimate.
